Events
Parties at your home or a reception hall, performances, ect...
- $350 (+ tax)
- up to 3 hours
- $50 each additional 30 minutes
- Up to 75 professionally enhanced jpegs
- signed print release form for your unlimited printing.

Payment
- There will be a $50 deposit due at time of booking to hold your shoot date/time. The remaining balance must be paid the day of your shoot. 10% off if remaining balance is paid in cash :)
- Please note all prices for photographic services are subject to NJ state tax.
- Acceptable methods of payment are cash, PayPal + Venmo, visa and master card.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, and you do so at least 24 hours prior to your shoot, you will either get your deposit back or it will be credited towards your new shoot date. If it is less than 24 hrs, your deposit will be forfeit.
Additional Info
- Final professionally enhanced image size approximately
- 8.5 x 12.5 @ 300 resolution / 36 x 54 @ 72 resolution
- All clients are asked to please arrive 10 minutes prior to session.
- All studio sessions will be held at my studio in Asbury Park, NJ
- You will receive all professionally enhanced images within 1 week of your shoot date.
- Clients are required to sign print release contract before session begins.
Print Release Contract
Client has full permission to print purchased images. The Photographer, Robert Melee shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, exhibitions, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions social media and use, or for display within or on the photographer’s website and/or studio. Client hereby waives any claim for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. All images are copyrighted by Robert Melee. I retain all copyrights to my photographs/files. When purchasing a image, client receives printing rights, not the copyrights. Upon payment of our fees in full you will be granted a license for personal and family use of the photographs. Why You Need a Photography Release Form?
A photography release form is needed whenever you’re giving your clients a CD of or link to images for them to print anywhere they’d like. This is a business essential because so many people are opting for digital files to share on social media sites and print themselves. This also clarifies the photographer’s images are copyrighted and the photographer can use their images for social media, promotion or other purposes.
